Our Program Levels - Learn To Swim


Our Learn To Swim Program has 8 levels, with classes running for 30min per lesson.

Once completed we have 2 Mini Squad levels - Katsoulis and Reese. This is a introduction to our squad structure. Focusing on further stroke development of stroke technique, skills and drills.

Tadpoles

Focusing on water familiarisation, water safety and confidence.


Frogs

Focusing on water safety, confidence and starting to introduce basic freestyle and backstroke.


Seals

Basic freestyle and backstroke development.


Armstrong 1, 2 & 3

The three Armstrong levels are working on basic stroke development in freestyle and backstroke. With the introduction of breaststroke kick in Armstrong 3.


Perkins

 The Perkin's level is the consolidation on freestyle and backstroke techniques. The introduction of Breaststroke.


Fraser

Further development of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke and the introduction of the butterfly stroke.


Mini Squads - Katsoulis & Reese

Katsoulis and Reese, the introduction to squad structure, with the main focus on technique development of all 4 strokes.
